Job Summary: 

  • We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager with 2-3 years of experience managing social media for B2B companies in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating engaging content that resonates with audiences on Instagram and TikTok, along with a deep understanding of the platforms’ algorithms and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop high quality, engaging content tailored for Instagram, X (Twitter) and TikTok to captivate e-commerce merchants. 

  • Product Adoption: Persuade e-commerce and Shopify merchants to use Helio through educational and entertaining content.

  • Platform Management: Manage our Helio and Moonshot X (Twitter) accounts, creating memes and making sure we are staying relevant and on trend. As well as creating and managing our Instagram and TikTok accounts from scratch, including content scheduling, posting and community engagement.

  • Audience Engagement: Foster and maintain a strong online community by responding to comments, messages and engaging with followers. 

  • Trend monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools and best practices on X (Twitter), Instagram and TikTok to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.

  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and engage with industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.  

  • Other Marketing Activities: Work closely with the Head of Marketing on other marketing & targeting activities outside of social channels where relevant

  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyse and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns and to inform future strategies 

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience building and managing social media channels for B2B companies, ideally within the e-commerce space. 

  • Demonstrable experience creating highly engaging content, particularly Instagram, TikTok and X (Twitter).

  • Knowledge of latest trends with the ability to create fast and relevant content. 

  • Strong understanding of the crypto industry, specifically the Solana ecosystem would be a huge bonus.

  • Graphic design and video editing skills are a significant plus. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creativity, adaptability and a proactive approach to problem solving.

  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive strategy. 

  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate and execute innovative ideas.
